November 21, 2024The complex is well maintained and the apartments are great square footage for the price. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the front desk is always very helpful. We live on the third floor and have not had any issues with bug infestations or mold. We called the front desk as soon as we spotted a bug and they sent someone from pest control right away and we haven't had issues since. Some cons is that the water is very hard and will leave build-up on everything, I would recommend ...getting filters for the showers and sinks. Our apartment is also not updated and is showing some wear and tear as the buildings are older. Parking can be kind of tricky depending on where in the complex you live as some of the buildings don't have a ton of spots nearby. Overall we really like living here, we love our space and are appreciate the support of the team here.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2024I will be living here going on a year in January and it has been great. I have enjoyed the community get togethers and the maintenance staff is AMAZING! They are very timely with any repairs or service needed.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024I love it so far! The only gripe I have is that the walls are pretty thin and I unfortunately have neighbors that love to blast their music at all hours, but everything about my apartment itself and the complex are amazing!Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2024Whether its been downstairs neighbors literally vibrating my apartment because their music is so loud or my upstairs neighbor vibrating my apartment because they walk so loud/the floors are so thin... or constantly dealing with bugs even though I have had multiple pest treatments done to my apartment... unfortunately, I have rarely known true peace while living here. The price of rent was the only saving grace of this complex.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2024San Miguel made it easy moving from Austin to San Antonio with apps that easily connected services like WiFi, electric and forwarded our mail. There are so many perks here with rent reporting and flex to help build/improve credit. My family is happy about this move. Thanks for an easy process.Property Manager Responded
