November 19, 2024Whether its been downstairs neighbors literally vibrating my apartment because their music is so loud or my upstairs neighbor vibrating my apartment because they walk so loud/the floors are so thin... or constantly dealing with bugs even though I have had multiple pest treatments done to my apartment... unfortunately, I have rarely known true peace while living here. The price of rent was the only saving grace of this complex.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2024San Miguel made it easy moving from Austin to San Antonio with apps that easily connected services like WiFi, electric and forwarded our mail. October 25, 2024Major problem is that people who are not even on the lease take all the parking spaces, so it makes it difficult for residents to even find a parking past 4pm it’s ridiculous lol. I judge whether I should go somewhere based on the time bc of the parking situation.Property Manager Responded
