Amazing Location, Lower price, higher quality, horrible management
August 5, 2015I really do enjoy the apartment. Rent is super manageable at $2,100-$2,200 for 2/2. Gated, assigned parking is $200 per space added per month. It's in a great location, I walk everywhere in weho. The finishes are pretty high quality compared to other apartments. Kitchen is somewhat old but still clean. Nice refurbed building overall. However the biggest downfall is the horrible building management company. They get nothing done, are unresponsive, unqualified, and overall unpleasant.
