Cheap owners. Repairs were a mess! Security was a big issue.
August 11, 2020This property is a law suit waiting to happen. The owners are cheap. They do most repairs in house instead of hiring professionals. Their son is recruited to do lots of the work and he doesn't hide the fact that he hates it. Lazy and cheap is a bad combination. We went without heat for months because the owner kept putting off the of job while he looked into organizations that would pay for the parts needed. Some windows didn't lock. Many of the cars get broken into. Some of our stove burners ...were unusable because the owner was too cheap to replace the old stove. Our lighting was all screwed up. If we turned on the hall light, the light at the door would turn on. If we turned that knobs to the off position, the light in the hallway would turn on. The wiring was sloppy and instead of fixing it the owner expected us to get used to it. The majority of the neighbors do drugs.
