    Thinking about living here? Don't come, the apartment has mold, everything is broken, dirty, nothing works, management lies and deceives you. They promise to renovate the apartment and deliver rubbish to you. Complaining is useless, they are cynical, they receive your complaints with disdain. They are incompetent and irresponsible. Don't waste your money and time on rubbish like this. But the worst part is not the council, but the irresponsible and dishonorable administration.

    Showed up to rent a place. Paid everything they told me upfront. 2wks later I get a text saying I owe $299 plus a late fee for not paying something that day. Side note: I don't even live there yet but have already paid the month's rent and ALL other fees presented that day 2wks ago. I call up and ask questions... no cursing or raising of my voice, just good old fashioned, "why are you charging me a late fee when it was YOUR fault?" Guy tells me nothing is going to get solved this way but that he ...

    Moved in to a joke. So many maintenance issues... Been here for a month and they have fixed NOTHING. Talked to the (so-called) property manager almost 2 weeks ago and still NOTHING has been fixed. Every weekend the dumpster bins become non existent and people just throw their trash on the parking lot. It's disgusting. Maintenance does clean it up on Monday, but they shouldn't have to. Residents don't respect the property because management does not respect the property (or the tenants). Make ...

    The dumpster situation is horrible they come once a week (never the same time or day occasionally) and the trash piles. It piles on the side and they don’t take it when they come to pick it up they don’t take what’s on the side or come back for it. So that (if maintenance wants to) just goes in once that comes back and it fills up super fast. THE SMELL DURING THE SUMMER IS ATROCIOUS!!! Parking is ok depending on your schedule. There are a lot of parking options under a ramp near the office if you ...
    want to pay for it. Finding your packages in the office is hit or miss. Management is nice. Utilities for the apartment alone (not gas and energy which is charged by separate companies) comes to about $100 on top of rent. No microwaves, appliances are old, as is the wooden flooring, lots of weird bubbles that don’t have water in them. Cabinets and such are old as well. Price wise it’s pretty good though. Maintenance is on top of things when you need help though and door dash is great. It’s fairly close to Costco and Walmart.

  • Worst Apartment Complex.

    Worst Apartment Complex I have ever lived in! I am pretty sure the bleach blonde bimbo that sits in the office is high most the time. They over charge on shitty apartments and leave the grounds looking like crap. They fined us for having a grill...We don't nor have we ever owned a grill. We have filed complaint after complaint about the people upstairs. They currently have 5 dogs and 2 cats in a just over 1000 Sq Ft apartment. Oh and one of buildings caught on fire a few months ago. That has ...
    been their excuse for not maintaining basic property cleanliness. Except that they weren't doing it before hand. They advertise these are luxury apartments. We pay a premium rate because we were told it was an updated unit. That it had brand new carpet, cabinets and appliances. The cabinets have labels from the installer from 2 years ago, carpet is coming up because it was stretch wrong and the stove is 4 years old. If you are going to charge ridiculously high rates at least make it work it. When we moved in they only let us see our unit the day we moved. We requested 3 separate times to see it and kept getting told it was not ready. They showed us the model and it is great but the actual apartment is garbage. If we had any other option we would not have moved in. We were assured that when we moved in that it was move in ready. and then we had the AC break in the middle of June at 90 plus heat. The office is full of excuses and not a lot of results. They are incompetent and I believe that if they actually had to do any work they wouldn't have the first clue on what to do. The manager hides in her office or isn't there most the time. Must be nice to be paid to do nothing. I sincerely hope the owns of this property reconsider who they allow to manage the property. AMC Property management is a liability and will eventually through their actions end up getting Law Suites filed against the owners. I have attached Photos, this is just a few of what we get to look at every day. They don't care.
