can feel like 1005 when one is in the middle of a workout. Overall, the people in the building are very friendly. There are a couple of bad apples who randomly decide to put their music on blast at 3am on a weeknight. This is a rare occurrence but can be incredibly distressing when it happens. Problems like this can be easily solved if the property hired 24 hr security guard, which imo, would make this property a million times better. As for my apt itself, it's in need of some renovations. I am renting my unit for a very reasonable amount, which might help explain why I still don't have a fire alarm...or not?! Despite the lack of fire alarm, I believe that said renovations would likely increase my monthly rent $300 to $400, so no real complaints here. The property secretary, Yarelis and the condo owner are also two of the sweetest people I've met. I'd definitely recommend this property especially if you'll be working in a nearby neighborhood.
