    I have lived here going on 3 years. I've never had a problem with Management, Maintance or the apartment complex. They are friendly, quick to respond to any problems inside the apartment, and security on the property.

    A lot of bang for the buck, for starters. I’ve been here happily for seven years, and it has just what I need. Midway between downtown and the airport yet located at the end of a quiet street, Shadowbluff has comfortable apartments, recently refurbed and refitted, with amenities such as a re-done pool area and excercise room. Dishwashers and garbage disposals are a nice touch, and an always prompt and attentive maintenance staff to keep it all humming. The ‘Bluff keeps it simple, but it has a ...

    If I had one request, it would be for significantly better customer service. We had issues that led to me reaching out to the corporate office for assistance (they were fairly useful). Otherwise it is a quiet complex with few children (there is no green space for kids to play). It is very convenient to downtown Nashville and is affordable compared to the soaring cost of living in Nashville. The finishes are cheap/standard but the apartment is spacious.

    I stayed here for about 3 years. The gate hardly ever did work. While I was there management changed and some of the agreed upon terms of my lease was not acknowledged. The community for the most part is quiet. You have to pay extra for a carport parking space. I never did have a problem with inspects or rodents, however some people did. They had that problem because of how they kept there house and how close their apt was to the outline tree area. Every once in a while the dumpster would be ...
    messy but that is sometimes hard to control with tenants not being responsible and throwing away mattresses and such. I only had one incident where the on-call emergency maintenance did not respond to my call of water leaking in the fuse box and causing sparks. I had to shut off the power and vacate (it was winter and very cold) until the next day when the regular maintenance was back. The man who was supposed to be on call was fired. So overall pretty average place to stay.

    This apartment complex has been a great experience. I have lived here for 8 years and I have had no problems. The management is very helpful and maintenance was very prompt in service.

  • Happily ever after

    My husband and I found this cute one bed room one bath apartment. It's perfect for our first place together. It's 750 square ft. which is very spacious. It's got a his and hers closest which is perfect for us! Once you decorate it, it feels like home. So happy with this apartment and the community. :)
