So Much Nicer than Before
August 16, 2024I have been here 4 years and was thinking of moving out until new management took over in 2023. The place has been completely renovated and all the shady people are gone. Things get fixed quickly. It is an old building but I love it here now and feel safe.Review from Apartments.com
10 year resident
February 14, 2024In the 10 years we have lived here, we have seen owners and management companies come and go. Most initially appeared friendly but did not care about the property or residents. That changed last month. The new manager and his team are making huge improvements to the property and they listen to residents about issues. We are very excited about plans to improve the property including better lighting, new gutters, landscape improvements and the property becoming a gated community very soon.
