  • Fantastic place to live!

    May 7, 2024
    Management is responsive and caring of the community. Work requests are completed asap. Building is secure as I never had any issues with packages and I parked on the street and did not experience challenges finding a spot. Would absolutely recommend living at 16G. Julian and Alex from the 16G team made my stay feel welcoming!

    Way overpriced for the lack of customer service provided by Julian. Manager has a super carefree attitude and does not take complaints seriously. Tenants are their own property managers at this point... a complete sh*t show.

  • DON"T DO IT

    I've been living here for almost 7 months and let me tell you I do NOT plan on staying much longer. The new property manager is ruining the reputation of Conam and Sixteen G. Multiple bikes have been stolen ON property, people have been assaulted, neighbors violate the lease weeks on end and there's nothing you can do about it. File a complaint? Property manager does not care, nor will he handle to issue. Conam... do better!! Candace was a fantastic property manager, and it seems like they've ...
    settled. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here.

  • Minimal wall isolation

    July 29, 2022
    This building was built last year. However, it has very low noise isolation. I've been living here for 5 months and already can't wait to move. Loud neighbors who refuse to stop slamming cabinets, doors, and drawers even after complaining. If you're comfortable with hearing sudden bangs and booms triggering onset PTSD then apply.

As a first-time Portlander who is coming from Chicago, IL, her and her team have helped make me feel secure & prepared for such a big life transition.     This apartment is so well thought out. My best friend is an interior designer and she complimented how well-designed and thought out it is—from the design of the closets to the warm lighting throughout the house, the place is both functional and beautiful.
