    I would not recommend residing here due to the frequent turnover in property management, which has led to inconsistent management practices over the past six months. Additionally, it's worth noting that some staff members have been perceived as disrespectful to guests, which can negatively impact the overall experience.

  • Management is Terrible

    Management: Don't live here; the management is terrible; in less than 6 months, they changed the property management and went through three different property managers. Guests: Management didn’t allow me into my dad’s apartment without asking in advance.

  • OVERPRICED AND RUDE STAFF

    I went in for a tour and got told to sit in the lobby for over 15 to 30 minutes as the leasing agent or manager was eating donuts. When we finally started the tour, the place read that like cigarettes and marijuana I definitely would not recommend living here. Please look elsewhere.

    I’ve been living at Skyhouse for nearly a year now and my experience has been pretty exceptional. Almost dead center to the city, so if you enjoy city living, this is a place to check out. Management has always been very quick to requests and is respectful of our privacy. The rooftop displays amazing views of the city and has a very luxurious vibe, I wish it was open 24/7. The apartment itself for our one bedroom feels larger with the open space and natural lighting. If you get the chance, grab a ...
    west facing unit so you can experience the sunsets each night.
