Why so many stars?
April 26, 2024
This place is filthy, ran by people that do not know how to run apartments and have no hospitality. Everything is very run down and old and falling apart. The maintenance will not respond to pertinent everyday living items that need to be fixed promptly, and they wait for weeks. If you ask why it’s taking so long, they give you an excuse. There is no excuse. I have paid my rent on time every month, you do your end of the bargain.

Over 4 Years at Sonoran

I really like my little apartment and patio here. The maintenance crew is awesome, especially Alexis, who does most of the repairs. He loves on my dogs, who adore him, and performs his work efficiently and always with a smile. Overall, the property is relatively quiet and attractive. As it is anywhere, there are always tenants who don't follow rules and are rude and inconsiderate. The office staff is usually as helpful as possible, but doesn't consistently enforce regulations. The landscaping ...
crew can improve, as they don't clean up things that they should, are careless with trimming shrubs, and ignore broken sprinklers and fallen branches. There should be some sound-buffering between the floors, as noise from upstairs is often problematic. Not only do the floors creak, but I can hear every step or dropped item very loudly.

She took the opportunity to show me around the complex and the apartments. She explained to me everything from the amenities and features of the apartment to how much it would cost me to live there. She did such a great job of giving me information and showing me around that I applied on the spot! She made one of the most stressful ...

The Best!

I love my apartment. I have lived here for four years! These units are beautiful, the maintenance staff keep this grounds looking amazing and they are quick to get things repaired always being respectful of me and my pet! The staff in the office are so kind and professional in helping me address any concerns I may have. The neighbors here are so kind and respectful of each other. This is a great place to live and I highly reccommend the complex.

Moved in 3 months ago and am already wishing I didn't live here. The apartment doesn't have the same look as the model apartment even after being told it would be 100% identical, and the office staff is incredibly difficult to talk to for anything. We've had loiterers by our stair case, people in the pool extremely late (they're loud), and the laughable security company takes over 20 minutes to get here for any call! The main office makes it seem like they care but they don't. You have to call ...
to speak to a few different people to get simple answers because each staff member is only responsible or knowledgeable about one thing and that's it. Also there are pitbulls here yet they try to make me pay over $400 for having my mother's 10 pound dog here visiting.

I love where I live. It is very convient to the 2 jobs that I work. And near everything. The staff is Awesome from management down to maintenance. Great Place to Live

I've been living here for just about 4 months and I love it. The staff here are genuinely happy and seem to really care about the tenants. I moved here from Chicago and Marvi made my initial experience and move in phenomenal. The community feels incredibly safe, it's pet friendly, and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Never Thought I Would Enjoy Apartment Living...

As someone who has always lived in a house, I was not looking forward to "downgrading" to an apartment. I couldn't have been more wrong. Since the start of my lease at Sonoran, I have been pleasantly surprised. I'm a flight attendant, so my short moments at home are completely cherished and I feel SO at home in my apartment.
