August 29, 2024I am on my 2nd month of living at SOA. Honestly, the apartments do not equal the amount of rent being paid. Cheap kitchen Cabinets. I Island is Cheap. Old appliances. Cheap BiFold doors on my closets/Laundry. Stains in hallway carpet. Plastic Blinds for sliders. You can hear your neighbor snore through the walls.Property Manager Responded
