They neglect to fix things for residents
October 22, 2024I have been living here for two years. My dishwasher has been broken the entirety of these two years. I have had them come out and look at it several times and tell me that nothing was wrong and it turned on fine for them even though I have video proof of it not working. My dryer broke a month ago and I have heard nothing from them on it. My AC broke today and when I went up there to tell them, they said that they had other priorities and that they were not going to come look at my AC for several ...weeks. I do not recommend coming to live here unless you want to wait a long time for things to get fixed.Property Manager Responded

Never fixed anything if it broke

Easy process
March 22, 2022I think that Sova is in the perfect location! It is 5 minutes away from anywhere I'd need to go-- even the Gene Snyder is close. The staff is new, yet understanding and courteous.
