April 1, 2025I love the building, staff, and community! However, the garage has been broken for almost 6 months now. Bozzuto management have sent emails claiming to repair the garage on multiple occasions, yet it is still broken.Property Manager Responded

Worth it.
February 20, 2025Other than the mandatory garbage fee (which has recently increased), this is a great modern apartment in Baltimore. Nice countertop and layout, though windows do leak heat. Gym is smaller but serviceable. I like the community events they host around holidays, helps meet new people. Most valuable was the concierge service and package room. No worries about package thieves, and the front desk is generally really helpful. One David was incredibly helpful when I was running late for a flight and went ...above and beyond to help me. Spinnaker Bay Events - David did A+ job
January 30, 2025Spinnaker Bay concierge David did a fabulous job in setting up our sip and paint event. It was a lot of fun. Met some new neighbors as well as got to catch up with others I know in the building. Really enjoy the events that are held in the Club room.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2024I recently moved to spinnaker bay. The apartment is amazing, the staff is great as well. The only complain i have is about the delivery room, I think it can be managed better!!Property Manager Responded
