Bad managment, poor everything
December 8, 2020They have bad management at the moment. The apartments used to be a good place to live. Maintenance guy is bad, you hardly see him do anything, garbage area is disgusting, sofas, mattresses everywhere, garbage overflowing, laundry rooms are disgusting, bbq area dirty all the time. "Manager" never helps and gives big attitude instead of apologizing for their errors. Worse management ever, we need new management. I can go on and on and on but its waist of my time.Property Manager Responded

Newly Remodeled & Great Location
August 13, 2015Unlike other apartments in the area, they've just remodeled their units and everything looks great---stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, new carpeting, ceiling fans & AC units. It's conveniently located close to all of the main freeway entrances, but far enough into the neighborhood that you don't get that busy street vibe. There's also plenty of street parking for guests or if you have more than 1 car. Management is very responsive and maintenance staff is on site, so there's always ...someone around if you have an issue. They're also pet friendly!Property Manager Responded
January 23, 2019Thank you for your review. We have done so much more since. Led lighting, washer and dryers in selected units, as well as a complete color change. We like to believe we provide a town home style of living. Our residents are treated with 5 star service.
