Unsafe apartments/ unpleasant Staff
June 29, 2023The apartments are dirty and nasty. The area is never kept up, and the washer/dryer machines are mostly broken. roaches are everywhere. They do not fix anything in the apartments, mold in them because the upstairs plumbing is causing flooding into my downstairs apartment. The a/c does not work and they refuse to fix it, even during the heat advisories, and I have kids with health issues. No one answers the phone in the office and it's only open a few hours a day and a few days during the week.
