Renters Reviews and Ratings
Great building
October 1, 2015Great building located in an amazing neighborhood, Boerum Hill. There are tons of amenities nearby, include the Hoyt A/C train stop, Jay street is a few blocks away, and Brooklyn Heights just two stops away. The building has everything including a fitness center, laundry room and an adorning grocery store. Rent doesn't tend to increase drastically year over year, so overall, great value considering how expensive the borough is becoming.Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful building
July 22, 2015I've lived in this building for almost seven years and it's lovely! The staff is kind and attentive. The neighbors are friendly. We are lucky to have a large laundry room and a fabulous communal terrace. Truly a special place.Review from Apartments.com
