    I lived here for about 2 years. When I tell you that this is the most professional leasing office I've ever dealt with, I mean it. They are kind, Veteran-friendly and actually get to know you. The apartments are nice, the swimming pools are plentiful and the gym is one of the best I've ever seen at an apartment complex. Give them a try. You will be very well pleased.

    I love living here. It’s so quiet and my apartment is comfy and cozy. I feel safe coming home at any time. I love the gym and the fact we have one pool open all year round. The office staff are so helpful. If I had to complain it would be that maintenance takes a little long to fix things but they are not emergencies.

    Everyone is super nice, my neighbors aren’t noisy or rude, and the amenities are super nice! a 24 hour gym is super convenient! the pond at the front of the property is really pretty and it draws in ducks which is super cute!

    New Resident - The moment I called and spoke to Lisa I knew I would enjoy my time living in my new home. I have a lot on my plate with a 4 month old daughter and Lisa was an angel that helped me find exactly what I needed while taking handfuls off my plate to help me during the entire process. She then introduced me to Felicia who just sealed the deal even more, playing with my daughter so I may get move in paperwork done, keeping us both smiling and happy. I was able to meet the head of ...
    maintenance, he was great and had an outgoing personality, feeling like I was in good hands to have anything in the future I needed fixed. I had no issues with my leasing process, and look forward to seeing everyone at the property .

    Love the apartment and all the amenities that come with it. Staff is always so kind! So happy to be able to call this place my home. Volleyball court is a huge plus!

    So far everyone has been incredibly kind and responsive to whatever requests I have had. I moved in to a few things very obviously broken or near breaking, but they have been quickly fixed.

    I really do love it here. Being able to see all the different types of wild life. It's like being in our own little world. It's very peaceful for the most part. The staff are very kind and caring. We won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

    The apartments are not perfect but so far the community seems nice. The grounds are exceptional Just adding words here to meet some arbitrary requirements for the numbers of letters in a review. .

    I have lived here for almost 2 yrs and have enjoyed it. The office staff and maintenance folks are incredibly nice and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to live to come here.

    All employees and/or management have been nothing but respectful and helpful throughout my moving process! The facility is very nice and it has all the needed amenities. Their townhome selection is gorgeous and feels like our own little neighborhood. So happy with our choice to live at Stewart’s Ferry!
