The apartment building itself is older but with the new interior upgrades, brand new stainless steel appliances and modern floorplans you wouldn't know this building is as old as it is. One small thing considering the apartment is older, the smell of cigarettes was prominent in my unit for the first few days since the previous tenant was a heavy smoker but it has since been resolved after settling in. As for cons, there aren't really any major issues. I would like to see doggy waste stations out front to ensure neighbors clean up after their dogs and the front yards to be extinguished of stickers. All in all a great place to live that includes all bills except electricity, ease of convenience for students and a quiet place for those who need it.
