Great place to live
July 18, 2019Awesome apartments just recently moved out the only issue I had was I could a dog barking from another building in mornings or if I was home sometimes during the day (which is rare for me)If your dog barks a lot buy a house. The maintenance guys are quick to fix issues..the office people are very nice. The property is very clean and maintained. Neighbors are very nice.Property Manager Responded

Love the Space and Community
January 3, 2019I have lived here for over 2 years and I LOVE it. Maintenance is always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The staff is amazing and always so helpful and kind. The space I have in my place for the price is killer for this area. The only downfall is the washers and dryers are in the building not in my actual apartment but I NEVER have and issue getting my laundry done anytime. An ungodly smell
October 7, 2018I have lived here almost 6 months and I’m truly unhappy. I have to live with this smell which I’m told it’s because of the humidity. This isn’t my first apartment in life and I’m very clean when it comes to things of this nature. I have been to the office over several occasions....wait no one knows what it is. It’s all in my clothes etc. nothing as been done. There is mold by my fridge and even showed pictures. But I’m wrong. Can’t wait until my lease is up!Review from Apartments.com
Don’t live here
September 11, 2018I currently live here and have had multiple problems. The office staff told us they would accept 2 checks for rent and did for 5 months and then decided it was in the lease that they didn’t do that and refused. They also decided charcoal and lighter fluid couldn’t be left outside even though it’s needed for their community grills. There has been a problem with my building light that they have been made aware of and they have refused to fix even though they know that my grandmother and myself have ...almost gotten hurt because of it. Finally, I have had a leak off and on since April that they haven’t fully taken care of. Has ruin my furniture and made me sick and the staff doesn’t care. They don’t want to spend the money on fixing it. Don’t spend the money on this place. It seems nice at first but it will go downhill quickly when you need something!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
January 27, 2018We lived here for about 2.5 years before getting married and buying a house. The entire staff are friendly and happy to talk to you. Maintenance staff is prompt and also friendly. It's a great location with nice amenities and spacious updated units especially for the price! Movie room, 24 hour fitness room, access to Mac computers and printer, free coffee, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts with a nice pool and updated chairs. They even have Cornhole and community grills. This place has it ...all! I loved it and I always felt safe here, even taking my dog out at night. July 19, 2016We lived in Autumn Woods for 2 years and would still be there if we hadn't relocated to Washington state. It is very serene with beautiful views. It is just north of Castleton and 465, so you can go anywhere quickly which is great. Lots of amenities in and around the neighbourhood. Two fenced in and lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, 1/2 basketball court, doggie park, swimming pool with lots tables and sun chairs surrounding to relax, and a small movie theatre, which seats 20, that shows ...movies almost every night at 7p, sometimes basketball and football games as well. We're really going to miss the community and the gorgeous location. You really have all the amenities of living in a city with large grocery stores and the mall so close. So, many great places to eat and drink; Books and Brews, Sun King, and Redemption Aleworks are all nearby breweries. Then the neighbourhood is so peaceful and quiet. Great Community
October 11, 2015I love living at TGM Autumn Woods. It's a safe neighborhood with a lot of great places to walk your dogs (even late at night). All of the units are upgraded, so you don't have to spend hundreds extra to get the features that you should be getting anyway, with the exception of wood floors. The rent, for the price, is the best in the area and priced fairly, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. September 17, 2015Autumn Woods Apartments is a great place to live! I have lived here for 4 years and love it. If I need maintanence done, they come right away. July 31, 2015The apartment complex was great until we got a dog. Once we got our dog we started to pay 20 extra on rent for the dog. After we started paying we were given another dog which in our lease it states that were are allowed two pets and no where does it state per pet do you pay 20.
