I've lived here for a year, over that time the property management has been night and day, some days theyre fine and accommodating with financial issues, other times they try to fine you $3,400 for things you didn't do, I've begged throughout the term of our lease for the ROACH problem to be handled to no avail, it wasn't until I threatened to withhold rent and pay for an exterminator myself that they ordered a pest control guy to come out and spray the apartments, no attempts to fumigate, no ...
attempts to heat treat, every resident from one end of these apartments to the other has complained about EXCESSIVE roach problems but when questioned the landlord says no one has ever told him there is a serious issue. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY they do not care about the state of your apartment or you and your family's well being. just that you get them their rent money and don't rock the boat when it comes to the black mold growing under the stairs.... oh yeah and apparently there are tons of cat carcasses under our floors according to the Mediacom tech who came to install my cable. so there's that.
