Best Rooming House In New England!
August 11, 2021I love this place! First of all, it's affordable. The have a state of the art security system and the management doesn't tolerate troublemakers, which the guy who gave the place only one star probably is. Coach Ricky, the manager, will help anyone with anything and there's also a sense of community among the residents that make the place work. Obviously, rooming house living isn't for everyone, but if you want your own space and don't have lots of money to pay for rent (hot water, heat and ...electricity are included), their is a home for you at Temple Street Hotel.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Best Value In Nashua By Far!
April 27, 2021I stayed in Nashua for a year while going to college and didn't have a lot of money. The management was great and for the most part, everyone I met there was too! The place isn't luxury living for sure, but the price I was paying made it the deal of the century, especially in the Nashua area.Review from Apartments.com
It's a slum
January 12, 2018This place is a crappy, run down, bed bud and roach infested rooming house. There are no apartments just rooms. The type where everyone on a floor shares up to the bathrooms. There are a couple of one bedroom and studio adjustments with private bathrooms but out of 100units there is about half a dozen. This place is filled with junkies, lowlifes, and pedophiles. Plus the manager is a drunk who screws people on there rent because he's too drunk to be competent. This place is a dive!Review from Apartments.com
