  • New people in office like to make things up as they go. Causing clients to pay more out of pocket.

    Have always been able to get our rent money order on the day its due if the office is not open and bring it in the following day. This morning tried to pay my rent and now have to pay late fees even though the money order is dated for the 3rd, when rent is due. Repairs don't get done right, and the rates keep going up. Great job keeping up with the wonderful service.

      Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Rent is due on the 1st day of each month, however, we give you until the 3rd before any late fees are charged. You receive credit for payment on the day the money is received in the office, not the date listed on the money order. Our office is open 7 days a week to help accommodate the schedules of our residents.

  • Nishan is awesome!

    I have lived at these apartments for about a year and have only great things to say about Nishan, who works in the office. He has always answered any of my questions/concerns and has handled any issues that have come up in a timely manner. He has even helped me carry packages to my car! He greets you with a smile and is ALWAYS willing to help. Thank you Nishan for your excellent customer service!

  • Incompetent Management

    January 13, 2017
    Have spent a little over 4 months here and have had a TERRIBLE experience so far. The building we moved into has had a history of bed bugs and no one ever disclosed that info prior to us moving in. We're now dealing with a bed bug problem and management has done little to nothing about getting it fixed. It's truly been a nightmare and by far the worst experience of my life. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

    Highlander Apartments is a well run complex and this review will be set into pros and cons. Pros: reasonable rent prices, management is on top of all service requests, rent can be paid in a variety of ways (online,check,money order), spacious living room, nice sized kitchen, separated toilet and shower from bathroom sink (helpful for roommates) Cons: Apartments are a bit older and it shows (counters separating from cabnets, building I'm on has settled more on one side, asbestos and lead paint), ...
    coin op laundry, water changes temperature depending on what your neighbors are doing, any walking around will be heard though the floors, small refrigerator, no provided lighting in living room, a/c unit has trouble cooling anything but the main living area.
