Inattentive property management
June 10, 2022Never offered us a lease renewal then got ticked off because we “didn’t give them 60 days” to leave, so they took our security deposit and want to charge us 250 extra. They’ll get that over my dead body. Property management changed about 7 times over the 2 plus years we lived there, snow shovelers often waited 3 days to shovel our house, trash was usually everywhere throughout the complex, and the grill outside was never cleaned.Property Manager Responded

INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS
May 1, 2022This apartment was infested with bed bugs while I lived there in April 2022 and we did not bring them in. They made their way through the whole apartment complex and cornerstone refused to do anything except spray individual units who complained (so not even all the units were sprayed). They are most definitely living in the walls so spraying individuals units is not going to help anything. They also didn’t tell us about the bugs until we physically saw them. Then they refused to pay for our ...hotel costs. HORRIBLE COMPLEX, HORRIBLE LANDLORDS!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

However, we followed Colorado state law and our own policies of treating affected units and inspecting all neighboring units. Nice place in Capitol Hill!
August 8, 2015I have had a very positive experience at Ten Ten Clarkson and with Cornerstone (the company that manages the property). When I moved in I expected to spend the day cleaning but the apartment was spotless. I pay for a parking space and when I moved in there was a car parked in the space assigned to me. I contacted Cornerstone and it was handled quickly and appropriately. The building is quiet and well maintained and the apartments have recently been refinished with hardwood floors, new ...stainless appliances, and new cabinets. Everything is new and works very well compared to other old buildings in the area. The windows and doors are new as well and have a great seal. There is a laundry/mail room with coin operated machines that are new and work well. It is located in a great location walking distance to parks, whole foods, King soopers, Einstein bagels, starbucks, and pretty much anything else you could need! The building has homes on one side and is on an entirely residential street which makes it very quiet. Rent is very reasonable for the area especially considering they are one bedrooms and not studios. It's a great place to live in Cap Hill!Property Manager Responded
