Wonderful experience
October 15, 2020I lived there for three years and the management and staff are incredibly attentive. There was never any concern about noise from neighbors, which having lived in several other buildings isn’t always a guarantee. I would highly recommend this apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Looks nice - Not worth the headache.
October 6, 2016I've read other reviews that say the administration of this place are welcoming when you sign up, then vanish like cockroaches once you move in. You should listen to these reviews. I wish I'd seen them before we moved in. The 903 is ok if you don't care about anything but the appearance of the place. You get a decent amount of space for the price and the building has the usual amenities, which count for something. Still, they have big, big problems that more than counterbalance the apparent ...value. Once you move in, you'll notice how they cheaped out - finishings fall apart with little use, the bedrooms are missing necessary ceiling lighting even though it's plain they put in the connections (now there are just plates over the fixtures and light switches that do nothing), etc. Moisture builds up in the apartment if you don't run the AC constantly, so expect to have to choose between high utility bills or mold. Worse than that, though, is the service. The concierge, the guards, the maintenance guys, all those folks are genuinely great. The office staff, on the other hand, are never in, drag their feet for weeks, and have to generally be chased to the end of the earth to get anything answered at all. Administratively, they are a mess, and the companies they contract to handle utilities are ten times as bad. We got bills three months late, and which charged us the wrong amount, and this wasn't fixed even after we had lived there for years and called about it regularly. When we moved out, they double-charged us for cleaning and failed to get us our full security deposit back after 2 full months, despite the legal maximum being 20 days, and despite dozens of phone calls to three different levels of administration. They still haven't got us that money. Don't move in to the 903 unless you're willing to accept regular, huge frustrations as add-ons to the rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great downtown apartment community
August 12, 2015One of the best apartment communities in the city. Only a short walk to the mall, downtown restaurants, and WaterFire. The well maintained common areas include an outdoor pool and grilling area, 24hr fitness room, movie theater, and a great room with a pool table and kitchen for entertaining. There's a variety of floor plans to choose from and best of all, there's free private garage parking for all residents and their guests, very important for downtown living.Review from Apartments.com
Nice but little expensive
August 11, 2015Located nicely, walking distance to providence mall and downtown providence but rent look little expensive. Baths are noisy (or at least mine) as management said. Pool is small and nice located, although most of year is closed. Gym equipments are little old and look like never had maintenance. Easy access to route 95.Review from Apartments.com
