March 9, 2024Friendly neighbors and a wonderful staff. Unfortunately, the Livingston building requires a significant update. The elevators stained, torn and typically not working properly. They let go of all their in house painters, so it takes a long time to have repair work done. The weekly hot water and water pressure issues don’t help.Property Manager Responded

February 22, 2024I enjoy living here. I like that there is events for adults and kids. Biggest downside is the elevator on the livingston side is non functional often.Property Manager Responded

February 13, 2024I made my first year living here at the Addison, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! The neighbor is great, easy to get to all the shops and food. I am surrounded by all transportation. So easy to get into the city.Property Manager Responded

December 24, 2023I cannot believe that it’s already going to be almost 1 year that I moved to The Addison! The best decision I made. I love that I’m literally only steps from the train, I’ve saved 20 minutes on my commute to work. I love that I don’t have to go outside to do laundry ?? and I have a gym in the building, what more can I ask for. I really love living here.Property Manager Responded

November 29, 2023Since moving in, staff has been nothing but helpful and kind. Facilities are great, elevators may be slow at times, but the building is quick to notify residents of any current maintenance issues.
