January 17, 2025I’ve had 3 different property manager during my time in 3 years. I’ve had a good and decent experience. Maintenance has been great. The building isn’t loud or noisy as the pets and most young professionals live here.Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2024The Addy has been a wonderful place for me to stay for a couple years or so now. The staff have been so kind and accommodating to me. I can really count on them for anything I need. Sam, currently in charge of maintenance goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets taken care of and is efficient and effective at his job! I appreciate everyone for making my stay here wonderful. I have made memories here that will stay with me for a long time and staff that treated me with kindness and ...respect. Thank you Addy staff for helping me to feel safe and at home in the neighborhood and for always looking out for me! I am moving to a new neighborhood with a house and roommates but otherwise I would gladly continue to call the Addy my home.
