February 24, 2025I have enjoyed living at The Alexander at countryside very much. The community is well maintained, people are friendly, and the apartments are in very good shape. It is very close to downtown Dunedin, 5 minute drive, where there is plenty to do as well.Property Manager Responded

December 2, 2024The best part is nice apartments and amenities! No damage and perfectly safe from the hurricanes that hit this year. I feel so much safer living in my community. Maintenance comes the same day as the online request, unless it’s on weekends or holidays and it’s not an emergency! They have an emergency process for that.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2024I really like the Alexander, it’s the best apartment i’ve lived in. They are constantly maintains the grounds and keeping it clean. my only complaint is they put in these great umbrellas in the dog parks but then were only usable for a month bc they didn’t remove them for the hurricanes and they’ve been broken since.Review from Apartments.com

November 18, 2024Good neighborhood and friendly people living here. Communities events are really poor, definitely more and better things can be organized. Clean place. Do not agree at all on how many things are managed from the main office.
