January 12, 2025Maintenance responds in a timely manner and fixes the issues. Leasing staff is friendly. Neighbors are typically respectful when it comes to the sounds of noise. I pay for a parking space because my car was being dinged by others. I feel safe and secure here. No bug issues either. It’s not as modern as other complexes, however, it’s a good deal for this area.Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2024It's quiet and peaceful honestly what we were looking for in a living space. The staff are always quick and helpful which I love. August 25, 2024We’re absolutely in love with our new apartment! It’s incredibly spacious, and the kitchen is a dream come true for any chef or baker, with plenty of counter space. The office team made our move-in process smooth and kept us well-informed every step of the way. We encountered three minor issues upon moving in, once we submitted the requests, two were resolved in less than 24 hours, and the third within 48 hours—an impressive timeline, especially considering my background in construction. Both ...of my boys couldn’t wait to explore every corner of their new home.
