October 15, 2024Porque no me di cuenta antes me arrepiento de rentar aqui, es un aumento de renta cada mes, el costo base solo es una mentira para engancharte, los homeless entran a la propiedad porque las puertas no tienen llave están rotas, aparenta buena propiedad pero solo te sacan tu dinero. September 2, 2022As the headline says, this place may seem livable from the outside, but on the inside, it’s not what you think. The residents are junky, loud, and do not like to keep the courtyard and pool area clean. They allow the animals to defecate wherever they please and do not bother to clean it up. Very limited parking. They do not like to fix appliances or replace them when they break. And to make things worse…ROACHES!!! But yet, they can increase the rent… #DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP!Review from Apartments.com
Great Location and Cost
August 14, 2015This nice area is just off of the 101 freeway. You are within walking distance of the orange line, Ventura Blvd. shopping, and numerous other restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, etc. There is a laundry room on site, gated parking, and a pool! And above all else, its relatively cheap considering the area.Review from Apartments.com
