Great Property
March 12, 2023I've been living here about a month my experience is wonderful. The staff is very professional and have addressed any needs or concerns I have had. The grounds are beautiful and it's very quiet and pleasant to come home to after work. I would recommend living here to my friends. I just hope and pray things don't change. The rate and beautification were why I choose to live here. Jennyfer v. is amazing! Great communicator and very knowledgeable. Asina D. was awesome too and eagle to help me with ...all me concerns. It is a great location right at the interchange of South 8/45. We are 30 minutes from Galveston for a great day at the beach or to ride the ferry. I love my apartments! Love the location! Easy access to Beltway 8, I-45, and best of all Highway 3! Great staff and maintenance too. Sincerely, P. JohnsonProperty Manager Responded

Worst experience ever
August 25, 2022Not enough parking for the residence. Vehicles get stolen every other day. The staff is very disorganized and the apartments are not maintained.Review from Apartments.com
horrible apartments
April 8, 2021I wouldn’t recommend anyone in the United States to move to this property DO NOT let the looks fool you , today I paid to break my lease because they have people over here with vicious animals off leaches jumping on people . The parking is HORRIBLE if you stay in the back after 7pm you would have to walk from the front of the apartments just for a parking spot . They aren’t any real maintenance over there either . STAY AWAY FROM THE BROADWAYReview from Apartments.com
