October 2, 2023I lived here for two years and in that time: * I’ve lost count of how many water main breaks there are * It took them 6 months to fix the ac * in the winter, I recommend pinning blankets over the extremely drafty windows and buy a space heater * The porch is rotted out as well as the other structural issues of the building I could go on for longer, in short, save your money and sanity and go elsewhereReview from Apartments.com
Unprofessional Management
July 15, 2022As has been shared by other reviewers for several years, this leasing office is run by people who do not know what they're doing, don't know what each other are doing, do not answer the phone, do not return vx mails requesting a call back about leasing. They blame it on a previous manager who died last month, but the problem has existed for years. I spent 3 full weeks trying to lease a unit for myself and my daughter. I was given wrong info by Buffy, Lisa and Colby on separate occasions. Buffy ...and Colby assured me that a unit coming available would be ready for me on August 6, 2022 and knew that I would be paying my deposit on July 15. They all knew my timeline. Because I was given wrong info from the very start about the application process, I had to make constant efforts to gain correct info and clarification because these people would NOT return my calls or answer the phone. I've called the leasing office no less than 30-40 times in 3 weeks. Left dozens of vx mails. Actually spoke to them less than a handful of times. All in efforts to get correct information so I could complete my application and get my deposit made. I actually called the management company CMS in Ft. Smith, AR for help and spoke to Matt, who promised to look into it and call me back. That didn't happen either. Finally, yesterday I get an email telling me they've decided to lease the promised unit out to another applicant. Due to their own inadequacies, they rented that out from under me because they simply didn't know wtf they were doing to start with and didn't know how to fix the mess they created with me. I don't know a thing about this complex except that it checked all my boxes for relocating from out of state. But the leasing office and the offsite management company holds true to all previous reviews about lack of communication for tenants and potential tenants. Bed Bug City
February 7, 2018Never move here. This place is wretched. They move people in & out every month & make you pay an extra $100 a month for bed bugs other people move in because they don't screen people. The health department should condemn this place.Property Manager Responded
February 9, 2018Thank you for your feedback. Pest control is a flat $5 charge per month and is for preventative treatment of common household pests such as roaches and spiders. If someone were to have bed bugs, a thorough inspection of the entire building is performed by our professional pest control company to determine where the origin of the problem is. That resident would be responsible for paying for treatment. We utilize a third party screening service to screen all applicants of legal age. To selectively screen applicants would be a violation of Fair Housing. If a resident allows an individual to move in to their apartment home without notifying the office and going through the application and credit/background screening process, they are in direct violation of their lease agreement and subject to penalties such as eviction. Please let us know if we may further address any of these concerns. We are here to be of service.

Nice and friendly
July 21, 2015Friendly staff, but maintenience takes awhile to get to. Apartments are finished with new paint and flooring, but very cheap flooring and sloppy job painting and placement of flooring.
