The Biltmore Loft is: on the top floor (2nd floor); accessed from private 1st floor street level gated entrance; completely furnished like a high-end vacation rental would be with Fiesta dishware; Kitchen Aid Mixer; Cuisinart coffee pot; access to 200 mb internet; HDTV with DVR; queen sized bed with gel foam mattress; sofa bed with latex mattress; W/D, all appliances - bring your own towels and bed linens.
