    Love it here! Except parking is very upsetting. The garage door is constantly broken and visitor parking sucks. There are never spots available bc they are taken up by random cars not visitors. They said they were going to start giving passes, but has not yet happened.

    There are a few things that could be improved, mainly the parking garage doors not being broken down a lot. We do have issues with the upstairs neighbor being heavy footed late at night.

  • Not worth your hard earned money

    Living in the beautiful Pearl comes with all the vibes…farmers markets, run groups, and amazing food. But unfortunately, it hasn’t been worth it for us. We’ve had about $8,000 worth of belongings stolen from our building. The first incident involved our expensive mountain bikes, valued at $6,000, which were securely locked in the storage unit we pay for monthly. Someone with access to a key unlocked our unit and walked off with both bikes. We filed a police report, but nothing was ever done to ...
    recover them. The most shocking part? Despite numerous calls to the main office and speaking with staff, the manager claimed she had no knowledge of the incident. How is that even possible? To make matters worse, she showed no professionalism, offered no sympathy, and didn’t take any steps to resolve the situation. Our rent includes 24/7 security services, so how did the thieves get away with it? The second incident was equally frustrating. My husband’s second bike, securely locked with a stainless steel lock on the back of his truck, was stolen overnight in the garage. Cutting that lock would have taken time, so where was security? Everything about this feels shady. We all pay for the privilege of living in a “nice” place, but don’t be fooled by the charm of the Pearl. Learn from our experience, sometimes the beauty isn’t worth the hidden costs.

    Office staff has been really helpful for the move-in process and also with things like deliveries and packages. Parking is great since each level has parking that lines up with the floor you live on. And you can't beat the location! My only complaint is that the hallways and staircases need cleaning - some large cobwebs, etc.
