November 25, 2024Great housing with fair price. There are events now and then where you can get some delicacies, and the staff here are nice. Would be better if the garbage disposal was more frequent.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2024Overall, we've had a great experience living here for 3 years. Amenities are nice and well kept, although sometimes things go missing like ping pong balls. Maintenance is quick to respond and does a good job resolving our issues.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2024I recently moved into a studio apartment at Carlyle Apartments and have had a mixed experience so far. On the positive side, the maintenance team is very responsive and efficient. Whenever I've had an issue, they’ve addressed it quickly, which is a huge relief. The price is also quite fair for the location and amenities offered. However, there has been a recurring pest problem that has been a bit frustrating. While management is aware and is trying to handle it, it's something that needs to be ...improved for a more comfortable living experience. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable studio in a convenient location with a fast-acting maintenance team, Carlyle Apartments is a decent option, but be prepared to deal with some pest issues.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2024Generally, the room is spacious and fantastic, with high-end electric facilities and bath. The community lounge and the pool are also highlights. However, there are still minor issues like dust in ventilation system, the water-consuming toilet and lack of lights in the room. August 19, 2024Maintenance is professional and responsive. Mr Tommy is my fav of all time.Mr. Justino the porter is the sweetest kindest soul. Definitely miss Kayla and Esha but Melissa is a sweetheart and awesome to talk to. The apartments themselves could use some updating and like old buildings things could be better.
