5333 Collins Ave, Miami Beach
August 4, 2015The building is very nice and oceanside. Building amenities include a gym, party room, pool with large deck area, and beach access from the pool. Parking is average and security is average. All apartments are privately owned. It has been difficult to have needed maintenance done in a timely manner and we have had to make repairs and be reimbursed.Review from Apartments.com
