Roaches and Terrible Management
July 3, 2024The turnover rate for property managers at this location is awful. There have been three different managers in 6 months! When I moved in, I got a very fast tour of a sample apartment, looked nice and things seemed great so I signed the lease. The first day I moved in there were roaches in my bathroom, and now 6 months later there are still roaches no matter how much we treat the apartment. They have a professional exterminator come in every week and no changes. They refuse to go into other ...apartments and take care of the issue. I've asked to transfer units and have been told the criteria of this, WHICH I FIT, and all my emails go ignored. At this point a lawyer will be involved! To break your lease it's $2500.
