November 5, 2024I've been at The Dakota for about 3 months now, and things here have been going very well. I have no issues with my apartment, and the minor issues I sent requests for were handled very quickly. The grounds are well kept, and the apartments are in good condition for the price. I looked at a lot of places before this, and you can find a lot of junk for only $100-200/mth less. It was worth paying a little more for The Dakota. Parker and Mike have been easy to work with and very helpful.Review from Apartments.com

September 2, 2024There are a lot of things the front office says they will do but never do! It seems like there were all these cool amenities they were showing off when I was given the tour and after multiple times asking after I moved in they are still not fixed and are broken! They staff says they will get on it but it’s been months and they never do. :( they are kinda rude to. Seems awkward and inconvenience to them whenever you walk into the office. Lots of hidden fees in the lease too. Not sure the point. ...But I do like the area!Property Manager Responded

Management actively maintains all parts of the property (timely repairs in units, recently replaced the parking lots, refinished the breezeways in buildings, etc.).
