January 15, 2025I moved to the Flats 9 months ago. It simply has the best management team - Manager Chris and Assistant Manager Karen - that I have ever seen in a residential property. They instill a culture of Community; they create a sense of “home” and tenant support and service - true professionalism. The Flats has been a wonderful choice for me: clean public areas, wonderful concierge staff, quiet, and great maintenance -,Richard has been especially helpful.Property Manager Responded

January 11, 2025Great apartments in an amazing location. I've been living here for more than a year and love it! The rooftop has great views, the club room is amazing and the management team does a great job keeping the common areas spotless. My main contact with the management company is Christopher and Karen. They are one-of-a-kind, always responsive, and very professional. The maintenance team, Leon and Richard, always do a great job. The location is perfect. It is next to restaurants, the Giant store, ...Safeway, Trader Joe's, and the Metro station is within walking distance. October 17, 2024I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Flats at Bethesda Avenue! The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met. The facilities are well-maintained, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the clean and modern common areas. The apartment itself is spacious, with high-quality finishes and all the modern amenities I could ask for. I especially love the quiet, friendly atmosphere and how conveniently located it is—close to ...shopping, dining, and public transportation in downtown Bethesda.
