September 2, 2024I just recently moved in and have been loving my apartment. There is very little noise and I get a lot of light through my windows. The city lights are beautiful at night and I can’t wait to see what downtown has to offer.Property Manager Responded

I was able to setup a time to take a tour while living in another state and got the leasing process completed online. March 16, 2022I moved to Raleigh from Houston with only three weeks notice and I found the Devon online and from the pictures, price and location decided to lease with them. I only saw pictures of the apartment before getting to Raleigh but it was exactly what I was expecting when I arrived. The move in process was extremely easy and every one in the leasing office was accommodating and friendly.
