September 2, 2024I just recently moved in and have been loving my apartment. There is very little noise and I get a lot of light through my windows. The city lights are beautiful at night and I can’t wait to see what downtown has to offer.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2024People are really nice! The pool and gym are great. Love my apartment. The fire alarm in the middle of the night needs to be less frequent but I don’t know if there’s even anything they could do about that.Property Manager Responded

I was able to setup a time to take a tour while living in another state and got the leasing process completed online. March 16, 2022I moved to Raleigh from Houston with only three weeks notice and I found the Devon online and from the pictures, price and location decided to lease with them. I only saw pictures of the apartment before getting to Raleigh but it was exactly what I was expecting when I arrived. The move in process was extremely easy and every one in the leasing office was accommodating and friendly.
