Old apartment with below market rate rents
August 8, 2015Great award winning bldg. No fancy amenities, but the basics are very good and maintained. Only pay electricity. The rents are way cheap and near great trans and One Million dollar houses in a university/urban vibe. Mixed ages, mixed nationalities. Should be more like these.Review from Apartments.com
