July 22, 2024This is a lovely high-rise in a very desirable location in Houston. The building has all the things I was looking for and I just renewed my lease few months back. The area is very walkable and the views and amenities are an icing on the cake. For anyone looking for a quite luxury high-rise this is the one. The place is very well maintained and the staff go out of the way to help. Maintenance folks are very responsive to all requests. And shoutout to Kevin at the concierge - his help with the endless packages I order has been a lifesaver. Amazing property definitely looking forward to moving here
