Horrible Management

January 3, 2024STAY AWAY! Poorly managed building. Unsafe due to rockslides from cliffs. Self parking was unilaterally suspended and an incompetent valet parking service was instituted trying to jam over 250 cars in a parking garage designed for 135 spots. The new property manager is a nice guy but can’t manage himself out of a wet paper bag.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely terrible
December 22, 2023I witnessed 2 rockslides that almost took down the building. The first one was bad but the second one destroyed my car ! Absolutely totaled. The management basically lied to my face for a week saying that they will let me out of my lease. They didn’t. I have been robbed here as well and they said there were no active cameras.
