Renters Reviews and Ratings
All around, nice place to live.
July 26, 2015Modern apartments in a building that's very well kept. Includes a small gym, huge rooftop with amazing view, and common area with pool table. 2 blocks from the Lorimer L train, in a lovely, relaxed neighborhood with lots of restaurants/bars and young people. Management is generally pretty attentive and the super is great.Review from Apartments.com
FINALLY an apartment that checks all the boxes
July 22, 2015Gorgeous modern full amenity building just off the L&G line, located in the heart of Williamsburg. Love the 12 ft ceilings, marble counter tops, fully equipped stainless steal kitchen, spa bathroom (super dope), King size room & then some w/ huge closets for his & hers, a GYM, and don't forget the lounge rooftop w/ stunning views of all of Manhattan. I'm steps out of my doorway with access to everything – subway, organic grocery, cozy coffee shops, chill backyard vibe to club style bar options ...and lets not even start on the delicious restaurants, YUM. Urban doesn't really get better than this – PS. don't kick yourself later for not jumping on this spot.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
