February 15, 2025This is my second year at The Flats at Salem. First and foremost if you ever go to renew your lease, do not do it through the portal like it asks you to because you will not actually renew your lease. The company requires you to come into the office to renew. Second advise is that your rent will go up over $100 without any changes to the apartment. Unfortunately, I would rather take the hit than to be homeless.Property Manager Responded
