October 11, 2024My family and I love The Franklin. It’s a great community. We love management and staff fir their professionalism, attitude, and warm approach. The neighborhood is nice. It’s a clean community. The community is within walking distance to the drugstore, supermarket, and to the shopping centers in general. August 29, 2024I have been living at the Franklin for the past 3 1/2 years. I love the way the community is kept so beautiful. The location is excellent, so close to the beach and within minutes of any major shopping, grocery and otherwise, I need to do. I find the other tenants to be very nice. The pool is excellent. Additionally, management has always been very friendly and responsive and the maintenance team is superb. I highly recommend this community.Property Manager Responded
