We called after seeing this online and spoke to Susan. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She reviewed all of the qualifications verbally before we applied and once we knew we qualified, we submitted an application online and was approved in minutes. When we toured the unit with Susan, she could not have been more helpful and showed us all of the units available. The building lobby and hallways are beautiful and well staged. We moved in the first week in February! Amazing ...

Shameless and unprofessional

I have a much better brand new garage apt, just applied to get a smaller unit, provided them with income and balance asked. They did a hard check on my great credit score, then came up with "we need to see 2 different bank accounts". I told them to take a hike. The post Apts are ready. Nothing is ready. They are LIARS who won't care about you and your credit. Unprofessional and shameless.. I heard they've done this multiple times. Beware !
