January 4, 2023Really pleased when I moved in and loved the idea of my first senior community. Now I don't feel safe and every month more amenities are taken away. It has really gone down hill since the change in ownership.Property Manager Responded

Since taking over this beautiful community, we have hired a full time Courtesy Officer who lives on site, we are bumping up your live fitness classes from two per week to 4-5, we are working on adding a putting green to the bocce area, we ordered fun agility equipment and extra seating for the dog park, just placed an order for more pool umbrellas to kick off spring and summer, we hired Jada, our full time Lifestyle Coordinator who works in the front office five days a week planning your calendar of events. We are continuing to add more and more to this already amazing community and are very excited about the future of The Grove at Coastal Grand.
