Very satisfied resident!!!
December 19, 2024I have lived at the Heights for 3 1/2 years. I am very happy to call the Heights my home. The location is perfect for me. I can walk to Kroger, Worthington mall, the bike path and many restaurants. Kaylynn and Aria are so friendly, helpful, respectful and professional. I look forward to seeing them daily. Garrett is very efficient, kind, friendly and polite when I submit a maintenance request, he answers it quickly. I truly appreciate that Leon has our building looking beautiful not only. Does he ...do a great job of cleaning. He is very friendly and kind. I enjoy talking to him overall the staff is wonderful.Property Manager Responded

A Place to Call Home
May 15, 2024I just finished my first year of living at The Heights at Worthington Place. I like living there so much that I just signed up for another year. The location is awesome with lots of businesses, as well as green spaces, you can walk to. And the Columbus area bike trails are very easy to access. The staff at The Heights is amazing. Very Helpful Staff and Pleasant Unit
April 4, 2024We needed an apartment for six months for an executive transition. The Heights seemed to be just right in location, with great unit layout, furniture rental through Cort and various amenities to be enjoyed. Safe place to live
November 30, 2023The community managers are really friendly and it's a very secure place. It's a little difficult to direct people into the building but it's worth it to feel safe. Unfortunately the water doesn't get hot, more just warm . Our laundry room also occasionally starts to reek but we haven't brought it up to anyone yet. The hotel style is really nice because it keeps a lot of heat in the place so we don't have to spend as much on electric. Overall a good place to live.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
December 29, 2022I am here because of the location and the swimming pool, but the apartments and lobby are very nice. And the staff, Adam, Zeytoon, and Kali have been very helpful. My only criticism is your changing staff too often--I just get to know someone (like Nathan) and they are gone/transferred. I hope you keep the current staff for a long time. The maintenance men are also great, very prompt and efficient. One other suggestion: we sometimes need carts for moving large items to the car, and I think we ...only have one, which is hard to get.Property Manager Responded

Does not warn tenants about consistent theft in the area
July 6, 2022This place is awful. If you are thinking of living here, be warned that people are casing the parking garage to steal your cars and bikes. Worthingtons Heights inaction has been noticed by criminals. Two expensive bikes stolen in the parking garage, the locks were snapped. It had been an occuring event according to our neighbors and Worthington Heights never warned anybody that someone was consistently looting the garage for bikes. When I asked Worthington Heights for tenants to be warned about ...it, I was met with carelessness and inaction. No cameras put into the parking garage and no notices to take in valueables because the garage was a target. No alerts whatsoever about thefts on the property. At least they will hang up signs to ask other tenants to give them information about whose dog is pooping in the elevator! And at least we have updates about Jenis Icecream socials! A month later, today, my car along with three others car window was shattered and the door damaged and had things stolen out them. No acknowledgement will come of it either. Worthington Heights has cameras all over to protect their pool, their gym, their clubhouse but in the parking garage? Nothing. In hallways that should be locked? No cameras and the wings to our homes that need a key fob are consistently left unlocked by staff so anybody can enter the building. What if I had walked up to people busting my car? My safety and others safety is being seriously put at risk by Worthington Heights not taking any action. This was preventable and was handled poorly by staff, who had been warned many times. We will not be renewing our lease and will be warning anyone and everyone about where Worthington Heights priorities are and that they do nothing to warn tenants about their property being unsafe.Property Manager Responded
