Large building, good superintendent staff, absent landlord
October 11, 2015This is an apartment building that takes up the entire block with two sides of the building. The people pretty much keep to themselves, friendly but distant. There is an even split between cat and dog people. More elderly than little kids, but that demographic may be changing with the new people moving in. Most vacant apartments are from elderly persons who have lived here for decades and have passed away. The apartments are large, although the fixtures and appliances may be dated.
