April 7, 2025Staff, maintenance, and neighborhood is always perfect. Need to clean the gym area. Very dusty, floor is dirty, and needs to refill sanitizing wipes more often. Definitely needs updating. Other from that everything else is perfect. Make sure you know that the noise level by the streets you are aware of, it doesn’t bother me but for those who are not used to traffic noise.Property Manager Responded

February 9, 2025Where do I start...first my move in was delayed a couple days. Then there are various items unclean, unfixed and undone from the previous tenant. The staff is nice but follow up and follow through is lacking. I am pretty unhappy with my start here.Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2025It’s a great community. My wife and I love it. Everyone is very nice. It feels safe for the most part. The homeless are the only issue but the Phoenix homeless problem shouldn’t reflect poorly on the HighlandProperty Manager Responded

Almost 5 years I been here
September 30, 2024When I put in a request they show up. I put in that my dishwasher was not draining the very next day they came out and looked said it needed a part. By Monday they had the part and my dishwasher was fixed. Been having the same maintenance team since I been here. Always nice and respectful. Just renewed my lease. In the 5 years I been here I have had one issue and it was my AC. Not the property's fault they had to wait for a part. I will continue to renew my lease. This is homeProperty Manager Responded
